My husband and I live in England and wanted to send flowers for my mother-in-law in Brownsville. We found this shop online and ordered a lovely floral arrangement through their website. Yolanda was wonderful and kept in contact with me through email throughout the process to ensure that the delivery was done at a suitable time. My mother-in-law thought the flowers were gorgeous and they lifted her spirits during a difficult time. Thank you so much Yolanda for all your help. I will definitely be ordering from Sophia's Flower Shop again.

I am extremely happy with the customer service and arrangement! A few of a friends and I pitched in for a standing spray for a family friend's mother that passed away and couldn't decide where to purchase from. After a quick Google search and looking through the variety of the arrangements that Sophia's Flower Shop website offered we decided to purchase here. Not only was the price great but the customer service was outstanding! She made us part of the process and went out of her way to make the arrangement perfect. She definitely captured the sentiment that we wanted. We will be buying from here for years to come. Thank you so much!

This is the only place to buy or have your flowers delivered from in Brownsville. They were awesome. Sent some flowers to my mother in law for her birthday. The ones sent were 10 times better than the picture even showed. They delivered them just a couple of hours after I ordered them. So glad I found Sophia's.

Wonderful customer service! Yolanda at Sophie's was informative and helpful. She even sent a text message with a photo of the completed arrangement. This was much appreciated since I was ordering from out of state. Will definitely order from Sophie's Flower Shop in the future!

Went there for a last minute flower bouquet and left extremely happy. It was late in their operating hours but I still was able to find some beautiful flowers arrangement. The female worker was quite helpful I just let her know I need a sunflower and red roses bouquet. What I receive was so delightful I just waited 10 minutes for it to be made.The price was reasonable for fresh flowers . I will definitely be going back for future bouquets. The workers also speak bilingual (Spanish/English)

Thank you to this shop!! I live in NYC and needed a last minute surprise for my grandmother's 100th bday. I did a quick google search and read the reviews for several places. Saw that this one had good reviews (and they were the only ones who answered my call) so I gave it a shot. I was so nervous because I had no idea who I was speaking to, I couldn't see the floral arrangement I had chosen, and I had just sent a place money without receiving a receipt. Not something I'd typically do, but I was in a rush with my last minute decision. The woman who helped me over the phone was so kind, helpful, and very efficient. The flowers arrived this morning. I received a picture of them from my aunt. They were absolutely gorgeous! Thank goodness!! I am so grateful for great businesses and trust worthy people. Huge green light for this shop! Happy floral shopping! I definitely encourage you to get your flowers from here! 💜

Great customer service from Sophia’s! I ordered over the phone from Brianna I believe. It was an in store pickup. I didn’t know what exactly I wanted all the flowers purple. They did it for me they also asked about the zebra print ribbon and they were able to do that as well. The arrangement was gorgeous and was complimented by so many! Wish you had a location here in Richmond TX. Thank you so much! 🙏🏽💜
